Whether you're tracking your package, dealing with a payment issue, or something just feels off — I want to make sure everything goes smoothly.

✨ Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking to update after fulfillment. If you still haven’t received a tracking number within 7 days of purchase, contact me through the Let’s Talk page.

🚚 Shipping Delays

Orders may be delayed due to:

• Pre-order status (if ordered before June 4th)
• High volume during launch
• Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.)

I promise I’ll always do my part to get your book out as quickly and safely as possible.

💳 Payment Issues

If your payment didn’t go through:

• Make sure your billing info matches your card/account
• Try a different card or use PayPal
• If you were charged more than once, contact me immediately
